Google Review Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is: NOW Gallery, whose address is The Gateway Pavilion, Peninsula Square, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0SQ
2. The competition is open to NOW Gallery newsletter subscribers and Instagram followers
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
4. The entrant must share a Google review including images about the current exhibition, Human Stories: Unreported Uprisings exhibition
5. Opening date for entry will be Friday 8 November 2024
Closing date for entry will be 17 November 2024
Winners will be contacted on Friday 29 November 2024 and instructed to share their contact details with us via our info mailbox: [email protected]
After this time and date then no further entries to the competition will be permitted
6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
• The entrant must upload a Google review to the NOW Gallery business profile
• The entrant must include #HumanStories #UnreportedUprisings in the Google review
• The entrant must include imagery showing favourite part of the exhibition
• The competition is open to all attending the event
7. NOW Gallery reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control
8. The prize is x1 A3 graphic print by Nadina Ali titled ‘Unity is Strength’ and winners will be contacted for a postal delivery on 29 November 2024. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
9. Winners will be selected at random and contacted via their Google account profile and given details of how/when to receive a postal delivery of their print
10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
