Body Art by May Tahmina Akhtar

To celebrate the launch of My Head is a Jungle, we are offering you the opportunity to join a unique Make Up tutorial led by British Bengali artist May Tahmina Akhtar.

May Tahmina Akhtar’s face is clearly her canvas, but it’s also a space for the self-taught make-up artist to assert her identity as a British Bengali woman. Tahmina realised that her make-up interest had always been there, she just wasn’t looking in the right places. Once Tahmina started creating looks that were more than just the cut creases and contour that were trending on Instagram, she found her passion and extreme talent.

Spaces are extremely limited, stay tuned for details on how to book tickets.
