WITCiH – The Women in Technology creative industries hub, elevates & commissions the voices of Womxn in Tech, co-founded by artist/composer, BISHI. Former WITCiH guests have included Imogen Heap, Mira Calix, Gazelle Twin & Ana Matronic. WITCiH has curated performances at Tate Modern, BFI Southbank, & founded their own festival, ‘The State of Gender?’ WITCiH is based at The Rattle, a collective of tech startups & have advocated for gender equality in parliament for the PRS Foundation.
WITCiH celebrate the positive & fundamental womxn have made to the inception, development & utlisation of technology in art, education & industry.

6.30pm – Abi Wade, Live
Cellist, pianist and vocalist Abi Wade creates music that melds electronica, acoustic and pop music. Classically trained, she utilizes a mix of traditional and experimental techniques in her performances, commanding electric drums and triggers at her feet whilst singing and simultaneously layering melodic cello and synth lines.
7pm – Shruti Kumar DJ
7.30pm – BISHI Live
Singer, electronic rock- sitarist, producer and performer BISHI was born in London of Bengali heritage. A multi-instrumentalist, BISHI received musical training in both Hindustani and Western Classical styles, including the study of the sitar under Gaurav Mazumdar a senior disciple of Ravi Shankar. BISHI’s forthcoming E.P & ‘Of Rituals & Rites,’ with Neil Kaczor is out on Gryphon Records, March 20, 2020.
8pm – Shruti Kumar DJ
Shruti Kumar began her musical career at age 4 as a pianist, and began composing shortly thereafter. Starting at The Juilliard School at Age 11, she has collaborated with groups such as Bang On A Can. Shruti now lives in Los Angeles, where she spent time working at Remote Control Productions (Henry Jackman, Hans Zimmer), and working on arrangements & orchestrations in varying capacities for artists (i.e. Alicia Keys, No Doubt, Nas).
8.30pm – Laura Kriefman
Laura Kriefman is the Director, Producer and Artist behind Hellion Trace and has over a decade of experience delivering interdisciplinary projects worldwide that fuse the performing arts and creative technology.
9-10pm – Lia Mice DJ
Lia Mice is a multidisciplinary artist whose works range from live performance, composition, instrument design, DJ sets, installations and interactive sculpture to academic papers. In her practice, Mice uses new technologies to explore relationships between the musical instrument and embodied performance.
