Alex Chinneck will be in conversation with Rob Alderson.
Alex will be talking with Rob about his LDF commission for Greenwich Peninsula and how he integrated ‘Bullet from a Shooting Star’ into the landscape and the history of the Peninsula. He will also discuss the gallery piece ‘Straight jacket from a shooting star’ and how this works as a complimentary installation. The discussion will include looking at past work and how his use of everyday objects in an unusual way creates a tension that fascinates.
The talk will take place in NOW Gallery’s 30 seater cinema. All welcome.
